Anybody going? I'm hoping to get some hints on how to improve my cooking here!

It's more like a great festival for foodies and chefs. Wonderful, rich in flavors, expensive, receiving media flashes all the time. But real cooking skills may improve better if you buy a good cookbook by Brazilian chefs as Mara Salles, for example. Another option are the cooking classes at places as Atelier Gourmand or Escola Wilma Kovesi, for example.

GNT cable channel has wonderful chefs teaching a lot every week, check Claude Troigros and Olivier Anquier shows, two French chefs who incorporated Brazilian ingredients and recipes to their cuisine.

The show was interesting and I picked up a thing or two but I'm no Julia Child because I went!
