Flat / appartment wanted in Sao Paulo

me and my partner are looking to rent a flat/apartment for approx the next 6-8 months. We are looking for a place in one of the following areas:

Jardins, Bella Vista,Concelacao, Pinheiros, Paraiso,Vila Madelene, Aclimacao

We would like an appartment including a kitchen with a cooker (or at least a 'fogao'), and 1 or 2 bedrooms, or at least an office working space / 'escritorio'.

It should be within walking distance of a Metro.
