I'm starting a hostel in Sao Paulo centre, Nova Luz neighbourhood, just in front Sala Sao Paulo concert hall. Operations won't start untill march 2010 so I've got a couple of suites empty. They're small but big enough for one person. I'm moving to the place myself, to cut expenses and stuff. Well, if you're still looking for a place it may be worth having a look! I'm asking R$ 800,00 a month, all included. 5-minute walk from Luz station.
