I'm looking to rent an apartment for a minimum of one year, possibly more. I have just had a baby boy (on the 4th October) and I'm looking for an apmt for him and his mum. I am looking for a place in one of the following areas:

Morumbi

Vila Sonia

Campo Limpo

Jardim Sao Luiz

Santo Amaro

It would need to be within walking distance (with a buggy) of a bus stop or Metro. Mum is a nurse and will be going back to work in 4 months in Hospital Santa Casa in Santo Amaro.

I have recently arrived in Sao Paulo and have only a few words of Portuguese (although I have a reasonable command of Spanish) so I'm finding it quite challenging to find places to view. If anyone knows of any places for rent or knows of any rental agents for any of the above areas I would be extremely grateful.

Any suggestions of where I could find someone bilingual to help with this search would also be great.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment to rent. I live just outside of Triano-Masp subway station on Avenida Paulista. I know it is not in the places you are looking, but it is a great building, it has everything inside, even a playground.
